IBCC attestation is required for matriculation and intermediate certificates. You can go for IBCC attestation after getting attested your matric and inter certificates from divisional education boards such as the Rawalpindi board or Gujranwala board. In the first step, attest certificates from divisional boards like Gujranwala or Rawalpindi Board where you have registered for matriculation and intermediate examinations.

They will give attested certificates in a sealed envelope for further IBCC attestation. Take that envelope and visit IBCC head office Islamabad or Provincial Headquarters, i.e., Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, and Karachi.

Inside the IBCC building, visit the first counter, showed them the original CNIC and sealed envelope, which you got from the divisional board. They will give one form for attestation and a bank challan for fee submission. Fill in the bank challan & the form and deposit fee in the bank. The bank counter is mostly located inside the IBCC buildings.

On the second counter, submit your form with a sealed envelope and bank challan. Get reference number with collection date and time. Mostly they return attested certificates on the same day but sometimes also give a date for the very next day.

For collection on the same day or the next day, visit the collection counter at a given time and showed them your reference number. Collect all your attested originals.

The attestation fee for each original certificate is Rs.400 and for each photocopy is Rs. 200.

Note: IBCC attests only to those certificates which have been verified by the divisional boards. Verification should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the concerned board.
