The standard of living in Germany is the highest as compare to other countries in the world. Tuition fees and living expenses (all) are considerably lower in Germany than in America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. That’s why Germany is an attractive place for me to study, and that is why I chose Germany instead of other countries.

3 – Why did you choose this particular program?

I chose this MBA program because it belongs to a very demanding field. This field is related to my previous studies and work experiences. It will help me to achieve my career goals as well.

4 – What is the name of your university?

The name of my university is the Technical University Dresden.

5 – Why you choose this university?

I chose this university because of its top position in the ranking, education standard, and highly reputed MBA degree. This university provides the very best facilities, including advanced computer labs, the latest tools and techniques, leading-edge technologies for teaching and learning, and regular industry visits.

7 – How did you come to know about this university?

I found out about this university on the DAAD website.

8 – How many universities did you apply to?

I applied only to this German university and got admission. If you applied to more than one German university, then respond accordingly also memorize the course names.

It consists of three modules. The first module is related to General Management, the second module is associated with Supply Chain Management, and the third module is associated with Advanced Logistics. My course consists of modules, but you can tell about total semesters and significant subjects.

Yes, this MBA is related to my previous bachelor’s degree that is in supply chain management. Logistics is a part of the whole supply chain process, and it will help me specialize in this particular area.

13 – Is this program taught in English or German?

This program is completely taught in English.

14 – Do you have IELTS?

Yes, I have IELTS with 6.5 bands.

15 – When did you complete your bachelor’s degree?

I completed my bachelor’s degree in 2013.

16 – What have you been doing after completing your bachelor’s degree?

I have been working as a material planner at XYZ Company. They ask this question mostly about the gap-years. So give them an answer according to your situation.

17 – Can you tell me the final scores of your bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, and IELTS?

I have 3.3 CGPA in bachelor’s, 70% in 12th grade, 80% marks in 10th grade, and 6.5 bands in IELTS.

18 – What will you do after this course? Or What are your future plans?

After completing my MBA degree, I shall come back to my country and join any well-reputed organization like Agility Logistics, DHL, or TCS.

19 – What is the name of your course coordinator?

Mr. ABC is my course coordinator, and his details are written in my university admission letter.

20 – Is this course available in your home country? If yes, then why don’t you study it in your home country?

Unfortunately, no university in my country is offering this course. That’s why I decided to study abroad.

21 – What benefits will you get from this course?

This MBA degree will improve my specialized skills in logistics, enhance my entrepreneurial and leadership skills, and help me win my dream job in the logistics industry. It will also help me improve my business connections and networking to ultimately help me start my own business in my home country.

22 – How much does this course cost?

This course is tuition-free. OR, The tuition fee for this course is 500 euros per semester. OR, The tuition fee for this course is 17,000 euros. This fee is for the entire course.

23 – How much fee did you pay for this course? Full amount or Installment?

I already paid 500 euros and here is the receipt. The remaining fee I will pay at the start of each semester. I have 1,500 euros extra in my blocked account for this purpose. Or, I already paid the full amount of 17,000 euros, and here is the university’s receipt. OR I paid the first installment of 7,000 euros, and here is the receipt. I will pay the remaining fee in the next two installments. I have 10,000 euros in my personal account, and here is the bank statement. I already attached copies of both documents with the visa application.

24 – Can you tell me a little bit about the city where you will be studying?

Dresden is the biggest city and capital of the German state of Saxony. It a cultural hub and full of history.

25 – Where will you stay after reaching Germany?

I will be staying in the Student Hostel located near to my university. I have confirmation of this accommodation, do you want to see it?

26 – Have you applied for a visa at the German embassy or any of the Schengen states before?

Yes, or No, answer according to your situation. Don’t lie.

27 – How will you fund your studies?

I have blocked 11,208 euros for one year. Moreover, my sponsor will support me as well and provide me 11,208 euros every year for the entire duration of the studies. All the financial documents are attached to the visa application.

28 – Who is going to finance your studies?

My father is sponsoring me. Or, my uncle is supporting me. Tell them according to your situation.

29 – What your sponsor do by profession?

My father is a businessman and running a successful retail business. He also owns a rental property and agricultural land. He earns 1000000 rupees each month. I already attached all the financial documents of my father to the visa application. If your sponsor is different than your father, then write his/her details.

30 – What is the annual salary of your sponsor?

The monthly salary of my sponsor is around 6,000 euros. It includes business income, rental income, and agriculture income.

31 – What does your mother do?

My mom is a housewife, or my mother is a manager in a bank.

32 – Do you have any siblings, and what do they do?

I have two brothers and one sister. My brothers are doing their own business, and my sister is a teacher.

33 – Does your sponsor have any dependents?

Yes, my father currently has one dependent, that is my mother. But his salary is more than enough for my mother and me. All my siblings are already financially independent.

34 – Why are you not going to other universities?

Because the courses they are offering are less important than the chosen course.

35 – Would you accept a job offered by a German company after your graduation?

I aim to come back and do a job in my country.

36 – Would you reject the offer from the German company?

I never thought about a career outside my home country.

No. Or, Yes, I am working for XYZ company for the past one year and earning 60,000 rupees per month.
