Yes, it’s possible. I know many Pakistani students they are above 30, married, have kids and studying in Germany. Some are doing master and some Phd.
It’s all about your profile and intentions. If your academic profile is good enough and your intentions are really to study there. Then you will definitely get student visa.
If you are professional and qualified person and want to work in Germany. Then definitely you will get work visa.

IELTS is generally recommended by German universities and embassy, that’s why we mentioned here only IELTS.
